90-day money-back guarantee

IPL is not right for everyone, and you cannot know how your hair and skin will respond until you try. So you get a full 90 days. If you have used the device as directed and you are not happy with your results, contact us and we will arrange a return and refund the full $99.00 you paid.

We ask that you have genuinely given it a fair run — at least six sessions on schedule — because results before week six are not representative. But we will not interrogate you about it.

How to start a return

1. Email support@globalswanky.com with your order number (it looks like GS-260904-XXXXX) and a sentence about what went wrong.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and the return address.
3. Pack the device with its accessories — adapter, goggles, razor and pouch — and drop it off.
4. Once it reaches us we inspect it and issue your refund within 5–10 business days.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order and may be refused.

How refunds are paid

Because Cash on Delivery orders are paid in cash to the courier, refunds are issued by bank transfer or an equivalent method you nominate. We will ask you for those details by email once your return is received — we never ask for them over the phone, and we never ask for your card PIN or online banking password.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email us within two hours of ordering and, if the parcel has not shipped, we will cancel it at no cost. With Cash on Delivery nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.

1-year warranty

The handset is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects — electrical failure, a lamp that stops firing, a screen that stops responding. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or damage from using a non-original adapter. Contact us with your order number and a short video or photo of the fault and we will replace it.
