These terms form a contract between you and Global Swanky LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36167, Casper, WY 82609. By placing an order on innza.globalswanky.com you accept them.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline, nothing is charged — Cash on Delivery orders are only paid on delivery.

2. Price and payment

The price of the INNZA IPL Hair Removal Handset is $99.00 including free US shipping. Prices are in US dollars. Any comparison price shown alongside it is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, not necessarily a price previously charged on this site.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed to you. Sales tax, where it applies, is included in the displayed price.

If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost.

3. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & delivery policy.

4. Returns

You have 90 days to return the device for a full refund, and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See the Returns & refund policy for how to start a return. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

5. Safe use — your responsibility

The INNZA IPL Hair Removal Handset is a cosmetic appliance, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You agree to:

• Read the manual before first use and carry out a patch test.
• Wear the supplied protective goggles.
• Not use it on the contraindicated areas and conditions listed in the manual and on our How it works page.
• Use only the original supplied power adapter.
• Keep it away from children and anyone under 18.

If you have a skin condition, a photosensitivity disorder, a history of keloid scarring, are pregnant, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, consult a doctor before use.

6. Results

IPL produces long-term hair reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal. The design, text, photography and code of this site belong to Global Swanky LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
